I live in Vancouver, BC and I was on a business trip to New Brunswick when I was referred to Sasha @ EXIT Realty to get some info. about NB and the real estate market in NB. What impressed me in our first meeting was Sasha's good knowledge of the market in NB. As a businessman interested in finding good real estate investment opportunities finding Sasha was like finding a shortcut directly taking you where you want to land, i.e. good investment opportunities. Sasha is very friendly and her clients' needs and interests are her first priority. As a real estate investor I believe I have found someone I will have a long-term and profitable business relation with since Sasha is always in search to hunt money-making investments in Saint John market, which is not possible to find without her. I guess I have been lucky finding her in Saint John.

We found a true jem with Sasha, she works very hard, and exhibits true professionalism. She certainly goes that extra mile, (quite literally at times too :). We have dealt with other agents in the past who just wanted to sell us "something". Not only did she sell our old property very quickly. She didn't try waste our time or money with purchasing our new one. We have worked with numerous agents during our house hunt and can in all honestly say NONE of them have been as prompt, detailed, and informative as Sasha Peters. When you live in another Province it is difficult and expensive to just pack and go look at property. Her attention to detail definitely allows a person to make an educated decision on whether the property is suitable or not. It is obvious she takes her job seriously, and does not consider it a "pass time". We would recommend her to anyone who is puchasing and/or selling.
